"Eat Well, Move Well, Think Well" is a course designed to help older adults enhance their well-being by focusing on three essential areas—nutrition, physical movement, and mental wholeness. Learners will learn how to choose nutrient-dense foods for optimal health, engage in low-impact exercises that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. Everyone can mature gracefully, wisely, and thrive in the latter years. Be renewed in strength and mental adaptability through faith.
